- Two, eat more fresh vegetables, it doesn’t take a lot of effort to add to your daily diet
- Three, Drink more water instead of so much wine and alcohol
These are just a few positive changes you can make immediately to your daily diet in order to lose 10 pounds. But Remember: if you want to lose weight and keep it off, you’ll have to make more permanent dietary changes, such as adding a regular exercise routine to your daily schedule. It doesn’t have to be a full on work out but it does need to be an excercise that will get your heart amd muscles working. A regular walk, swimmming or even gardening will all help to get rid of those extra calories.
